Ripoff, sent virus infected product, refuse refund

I purchased a game from bigfishgames online. My computer started acting funny, going slow, kicking me off web sites. I used my virus protection service to scan my files and found the virus in their game. I had downloaded this game from two different servers on two different computers.

Both were infected.

I had to delete the game "Big Kahuna Reef" from both computers. I contacted them asking for a refund. They said it was not their fault and refused. They said I must have opened a infected e-mail when I was down loading. As I said this is on two different computers.
After deleteing the game the computers are both 95% better.

Now I am getting infected e-mails sent ot me everyday.
I want my $19.95 back and I guess I'll have to deal with the damage to my computers.

There is NO doubt that the virus was only in their game files.
