Sold me a protection plan, when i sent my ipod to get fixed it took 2 months and they sent me back a refurbished 1 which dosent work at all Ripoff

When i purchased my ipod from circuit city the sales person talked me into buying the ccprotection plan he told me quote "you can break this over someones head, bring it back to us and we will give you a brand new ipod"

When my battery started failing after 6 months i brought it back too the store only to be told I had to send it of to virginia for repair. When I told them that was not what there sales person had told me the manager shruged he sholders and said id been lied to.

When i got home I went online to print out my shipping lable as instructed only to find i could not access the proper web page, so i call there customer service number they kept me on hold for over a hour before i get to speak to someone. 1 week later i get my shipping lable and i send of my ipod almost 2 months later i receive a refurbished ipod which works for 1 day and breaks compleatly (worse than the one I sent away) i spent 4hours
since on the phone with cc they will not send me a new shipping lable and i have give up trying. Never shop at circuity city!!!
