S has HORRIBLE Support, Warranty

I recently purchased TWO 42" VIZIO television sets directly fromt he company. They were shipped to me and installed. They are very nice looking and have great picture. After a very short time - 2 months - one of the power plugs came out and will not give power to television any longer. Minor problem.

What really ticks me off is they claim and advertise ONE YEAR SUPPORT/WARRANTY "in home", etc. I have called them twice. Both times on HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES and then finally told "due to high volume, someone will call me back within 24 hours" - nothing.

The second time - they promised within ONE HOUR - nothing.

I also emailed there FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT on their web site - www.vizio.com - again I have hear nothing.

If you are considering VIZIO, be careful.
