Kept telling my parents to send money, and my parents will receive the item. Over and over. Ripoff

Im parents is actually the one that receive this "Sweepstakes Clearinghouse". They had told me that they are getting Gold Diamond Watches $469.95, DVC Digital Camcorder $549.95, RCA Surround Sound 5CD Stereo System $579.95, Dell Laptop $849.95, which my parents receive a credit voucher or $400 off, for each items that they want. Which they did, and they have to pay for the leftover sum of $850.00, but after that, before my parents was going to pay for it. I had came home to check on it. I told them the diamond watches is fake, we have a better stereo then they do, and that they can buy a better and a more upgrade laptop in BestBuy for cheaper. So I told them that they can just get the DVC Digital Camcorder. So I had called back to the Sweepstakes ClearingHouse and told them I dont want the other stuff just the Camcorder, I told them what about the other payment that i had paid for the other stuff that i dont want anymore. They had told me that, the payment that i had done will be transferred to the Camcorder, so my parents had to pay $125.50, which they did. Then i called back and they said that its being sent over to my parents house right now. That NOW, has been for 3-4 months, and still havent receive anything from them. But now, Im surprised that they still have the guts to send the same thing letter stating that they had won the sweepstakes and $400 will be taken out for each item they want. Im giving all this details, to show the people out there that sweepstakes are nothing but a fake, but if its about Lottery, its different, you know you will win. There are many people who had been ripped-off, but now, i will post it, in one of the best website, that almost everybody in the world goes on, and that MYSPACE.com, i will make a page and have people go on and write what they think and how we can band the Sweepstakes ClearingHouse for good and/or for eternity.
