Ripoff mistreated and ripped off

This particular Best Buy was to install a car CD player, which I purchased from them. After two hours I returned and they had not even started the process. I told them that it was supposed to be done in 1 hour, as promised, and I could not wait any longer. I left after rescheduling another appointment. When leaving I noticed that they had cracked my dashboard, and I promptly returned to the store.

Bottom Line: The store manager refused to fix the dash at first, but after a shouting match changed his mind. They installed my CD plyer, a day later, at full price, and the speakers were not connected properly. Now my Cd's play with a static sound, and they would not fix that. STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY FOR ANYTHING!!!
