AVM International RipOff Would Not Credit Returned Items Properly and Honestly

I ordered an HDMI cable and a USB 2.0 A-M to B-M cable from Cables4Sure.com at the end of September and when I received the package is was smashed pretty good due to the very poor quality packing box used and lack of packing material. Also the products were very poor quality in appearance and not represented well by their website.

I called to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the items. After I had returned the items I had checked my credit card bill one month later to see if a credit was issued yet. There was not any credit issued. I had to call and inquire as to where my credit was and when I could expect it to be issued. I was told that someone from Customer Service would call me, but no one ever did. About several days later I saw that I did finally receive a credit for the purchase, but it was not for the total amount of purchase which was $64.94, but was for $42.65.

I called Cables4Sure back and was told that the refunded amount was minus the "free" shipping (if your order totaled more than $50.00) and a 20% restocking fee. Which breaks down to $64.94 (purchase) - $7.48 ("free" UPS shipping) - $11.49 (20% "restocking" fee) = $45.97, but I was refunded only $42.65. Since it was never made clear of the 20% fee or having to pay for "free" shipping if I decided to return the purchase, I would like my entire purchase price of $64.94 to be refunded, which would be an additional $22.29 to the previously credited $42.65.

I WAS NEVER TOLD that they charge a 20% restocking fee, which is a joke, and was not told that the so-called "free" shipping would be subtracted from my order price. Even then the amount refunded was short and did not represent 80% of the purchase price even when you subtract out the 20% "re-stocking fee" AND the supposed "free" shipping.

Again, all I would like is to have my full purchase price refunded.
