Wont give me a refund, ripoff

I bought a phone from Virgin Mobile. When i got it it did not work. I called then. No help, So i sent it back. They received on 12-21-06. I have called the at least 20 times. Keep saying the return is not in their system.

They owe me payment for the phone plus top up. But no they can not help me. I know it was received. I have proof and it was signed for. I even faxed the proof, still nothing. Some one please tell me what to do.

I work hard for my money, Im on all kinds of medicine. I need that refund. They are a big rip off. Somethings has to be done.
