On May 28th at 3:45 P.M., I placed an order for three dresses. At 4:22 P.M.

I received an email from Sears canceling my order.

Said order listed charges of shipping and taxes which were not stated on my initial purchase (on-line states that shipping is free)

I telephoned customer service and was informed that ALL OF THE ITEMS SELECTED ARE OUT OF STOCK. The online system did not reflect this on any of the items. So, not only am I not going to receive my items, my money will not be refunded for 3-5 business days, obstructing me from making any other purchase to any other company as I neededhese items for an upcoming vacation.

Needless to say, this is ridiculous!!! As this entire process happened within a one hour time span, my funds should have been IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED! Better yet, I should not have been allowed to make a purchase for items that were not in stock.

I am not a wealthy person and one thing i cannot stand is having my money tied-up unnecessarily! I will never make a purchase on-line from sears again... And am seriously rethinking my participation in their shop your way rewards program.
