Rip me off and spoiled my kids birthday

On my sons birthday i purchased a xbox from dell thinking im buying with confidence, since they are a big company i will get my order on time with no problems. When i tracked my order everything was fine until the delivery date, they stopped shipment, dell offered no explination as to why.

I paid with pay pal, and the money was deducted from my account the next day.instead of taking all my money and waisting a week of my life they should just told me they did not want to sell to me. Customer service is terrible, they refused to refund my money or give a real explination as why they stop shipment the day of delivery. They mention pay pal, as if pay pal wasn't legit, so why use pay pal, im on the phone with kingsley at paypal as i write and he assured me that there is no problem with my paypal account. Dell has not given my money back and has not offered a resolution, i would love to shop elsewhere but they have my money and told me they already refunded the money, not true. I will never buy anything from dell ever again, it seems as they grew, they spend less money on customer service, and shady practices which eventually results in no customers.
