Misleading Advertsing No Customer Service Beware ripoff

I will never do business with this "company" again.

They had listed on their website a 5 1/2D sized 4500mAh rechargable battery stick for the Maglite rechargable. I even querried them thru their "Power Ticket" system and was told told and affrimed that this itme number would indeed fit the Maglite rechargable.

After placing the order and getting not only a wrong battery but one that would not fit, I could not get ANY customer service. Numerous emails go unanswered, they would not return phone calls, claiming that they are a two person company, alledged that their supplier mislabled a shipment; then claimed that they were not aware that the item would not fit; then said that they would refund my money - yet they did not.

All I wanted was what they advertised for sale. Finally, several days later after all of my unreplied to emails and after speaking to the agent of record for the business (Pete C Thomas) who promised a return phone call within one hour, one of the owners (Doug Johnson) called me - after another email and after waiting almost three hours and told me that he had no intention of finding the battery, no intention of asking his suppliers, and not intention of fulfilling the order that he had been paid for - and that I should feel free to keep the wrong battery! Great, a lot of use I will have for a battery stick that does not fit my flashlight!

What a crock of S*T! They advertise one thing, I use their own email to confirm that it will work, they send me the wrong item, they then claim that they can not and will not locate the item listed for sale, they change their web page and then refuse to provide any customer service whatsoever!

I learned the hard way about this "Christian" company; but it looks like they forgot the golden rule and are all about their need to make profits and not about righting a wrong that they made!

On line companies like this one give internet purchases a bad name. They claim that they are a "Christian" company, yet thet will not do anything to help out a customer after they got the customers money. They refused to help in any way, refused to locate the advertised battery, refuse to call me bak and are no longer even returning emails.
