Com, Key Battery Company Ripoff Impossible to Contact, Purchased Item Does Not Work

I purchased a rechargable digital camera battery from Key Battery.com. I was sent the incorrect battery. It was not the brand name advertised on the website and had fewer mPh as well. I was able to contact someone only once.

He did offer to replace it, but said the money for shipping would be mine. He also stated they were out of that particular battery and did not know when they would get any more. I decided to let sleeping dogs lie and just use it. However, the battery will not stay charged. My older camera battery, which I was attempting to replace, stays charged much longer than this brand new one. It never fully charges and goes dead within minutes.

I have attempted to contact the company again, but got the run around on their phone system. It tells me I cannot leave a message, then says press "0" for an operator. Only when I do that it tells me that command is invalid. Frankly, I would like my money back, but have small hope of that happening. I would not purchase from this company ever and recommend that others do not as well.
