Where is my $50.00 rebate! All ove

Let me start off by saying that I was suppose to have my cell phone# Ported from another provider within 2 weeks. Well they just called me 3 weeks ago to see if I still want the number ported to them. To late now I have lost my old phone# of 6 years to someone else. That should have made me doubt this UNLIMITED EVERYTHING COMPANY from the start.

Ok Getting back I purchased the phone 120 days ago from a direct Cricket store not an Indirect. Costing $205. Plus tax. I was told that if I kept my account in good standings for 45 days my rebate would be in the mail.

After 60 days I started contacting cricket. I called the direct cricket store where I purchased the phone and then I called the rebate line. Getting different answers from each person I spoke to. I even asked for a supervisor and was told there were no supervisors available. Not to mention the last guy I spoke to could hardly speak English and I swear to you that I held on the line for English and did not push a button.
