Both Rebates Denied as Late or Missing UPC Despite Mailing On Time

Bought two Sirius products plus air time last year as part of two gifts. Both rebates were denied. One was for a $25 NFL product gift card. They said I mailed it a month after the deadline. I didn't. The second rebate was for $50. They said I didn't send in the original UPC, but I did. And of course I couldn't send it in at their request because they already had it! Ugghh! I am so frustrated because the product is great but the customer service downright lies. My son would like one for Christmas and unfortunately I will buy one because as I said it is a good product and attractive for use in a vehicle. If there is a class action suit... I want in!
