Ripoff not making good their promise

I ordered a phone online from mzimports and was promised my phone would be shipped in 24 hours. That time came and went and I got no shipping confirmation. I attempted to contact the company and spoke with a lady sajeena who could do nothing but tell me she was sorry, and blame the phone carrier for the issue. When they were contacted they knew nothing about the situation. MZimports wasted no time in getting my payment but have been really slow at shipping the phone. I would not reccomend buting from this company unless you know where the owner Marc Zuccato is because if you ask to speak to a manager the three people I spoke with could not connect me with him or even give me a time that he could be reached. I can understand this with a company that has hundreds of employees but this company is listed as having less that 5 employees. I would not have been as angry if they could even give me an answer as to what the issue was but they blamed it on a company I have been dealing with for years. If you have ordered a phone or anything from mzimport cancell the order and keep looking, the only flash this company has in on their website.
