Ripoff on estended warranty work

I took a surround sound into HHGREGG 10 weeks ago. I've been told several time conflicting stories from them, I've called corp but no return, I've written email, computer generated response "We like hearing from our customers" I've called the company doing the work "Tops Electronics" in Indianapolis, they tell me PARTS ARE ORDERED. I've tried to talk to the store manager where I bought the unit, his reply was he was busy with other customers and another girl was working on my problem.

I've done all I can do and all I get is the same old story Parts Ordered or will get back with you! I waited 6 weeks before calling them because they told me after 6 weeks they would determine whether to fix or replace, well its been 10 weeks, they can't fix and they can't replace it.

In fairness to one person LISA, she has tried to help me but she hasn't gotten any answers for me, although she has tried. My only answer is that I will never purchase from HHGREGG again, after 30 years of doing business with them.
