Ripoff Returned faulty item for exchange, never got money or new MP4 playe

I purchased 2 8GB MP4 Players. One would not power up. I contacted PCMEMORY about it and they gave me a (Return Merchandise Authorization) I mailed it back and never heard from them again. They do not answer email's or phone and now the web site says suspended. It has been about two months now.
