Howard Unforms Ordered coveralls wrong color, rma authorization, returned product w/instructions to exchange, never got exchange product or credit for merchandise

I ordered 12 pair of coveralls and when I received them they were the wrong color. I called the company and asked if I could return them and get the right color. They said yes and they sent me an RMA # (return merchandise authorization). I returned the merchandise with instructions on what color I wanted to exchange for. They received the returned merchandise but I have never received the correct merchandise back and I never received credit on my credit card for returning the merchandise, so I have paid them $381.45 for nothing.

I can't contact them by phone because they don't answer their phone, I have called and called and left message after message. Now their phones don't answer at all I have contacted the BBB in New York and they have tried also. The BBB in New York has also had complaints on this company operating at Howard Uniforms.
