Ripoff Very unhappy with service and charged me 39.99 x 4 lines to discontinue service.internet

Customer service is the worst, Never have experienced anything like it. Takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get through on the phone. All their email responses are just a generic kickbacks telling you to call their 800#.

I've had so many issues with this company from service to them just taking money out of my account. I talked to some idiot today and he didn't like what I had to say, I kid you not he made a bogus $50 charge on my account. I had to get the billing dept. (which took 1hour and 23 minutes to get someone on the phone) to credit my account. They say they have no idea why he did that.

I anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit I would definitely be interested in participating in that. I feel so ripped off right now.
