Was billed for two vacuums and received none. I would like a refund but have had no luck. This was in Dec. 2005

I ordered one vacuum and was to get another free. I recieved no vacuums but my account was chareged 243.82. I want a refund. I have been trying since Dec. 2005 to get this straightened out. I would appreciate any help i could get.
