Rebate ripoff of $30 rebate that was submitted in Oct. 2005 and resubmitted in Feb. 2006

Oct, 3 I submitted four rebate requests to Hawking & after many phone calls in march they paid three of them.in feb. They claimed they did not recieve the supporting evidence for the fourth rebate, so it was faxed to them & since Feb they acknowleged that every thing is correct but till now they would not issue the chek. I called there rebate center but there answere is the company would not give them the ok to issue the chek. I tried several times to talk with customer service but no one would answere. I left a massage, & sent an e-mail but no one replied. It seems this company is doing this to many customers & should be punished for this rip-off.
