Called sam's club to get service on my hp5510 sams club turned me over to cyber test inc. After i recieved a my hp5510 i noticed that this printer is reting paper fax part of machine not working tried to contact cyber test inc but no one works on weekends. I will not buy any electtronics from sam's club or have anything to do with cyber test inc. I believe that booth companies forgot what customer service really means.
