Charged For Ringtones Never Downloaded

Cingular keeps charging me Ringtones they said we downloaded. If we did I sure would like to know where they are at on are phones. Have tried to talk to them about it, but they where not nice at all. I would like to get these charges reversed and make sure they do not put back on my bill again... Thank you kin
