Scammed stole lied cheated cursed lied some more

A couple of months ago my son ordered an X-Box from this business, giving them his debit card info. They took his $299, but never sent the unit. Turns our it's not really a "they"... It's a "him."

The guys name is James. The ONLY number on the web site is his mobile number. (Sprint PCS) Yet he claimed AGAIN tonight that he had received MILLIONS of orders over the past few months.

During a visit about four weeks ago James went into a ranting, cursing tyrade during a message he left me on my voice mail. When he realized I had the whole thing recorded, he apologized and agreed to send my son his money back.

When I told him I wanted a tracking number on the shipped check, he said "that can't be done on such a small item." I told him I send documents weekly with tracking numbers, and he said he'd have to talk to his mangager. I'm convinced THAT'S another lie.

As of today, we still haven't seen a check. Tonight I surprised him with a call, pretending that I wanted to place an order. He said "they" have about thirty units in stock, but a recent policy change would make it necessary for me to send a check. He said that as soon as the check has cleared "they" would ship the order.

When I made him aware of who I was and that he should just go ahead and ship one of those units to my son, he demanded that I never call his phone again.

No doubt, if this guy isn't shut down QUICKLY he's going to be getting some of those checks he's wanting... And many more folks are going to join the ranks of the ripped-off!
