Yvonne Scammer Ripoff scam us $9900 all buyers avoid this lady

I ordered 50 units of ipod nanos 4GB and 15 units of nintendo wii sports from this seller online. She sent me invoice, for 50 units is $6500 and for 15 unit wii is $3400. Total is $9900 i paid. Then i sent them 2 company checks that are $6500 and $3400 on April 21 and April 24 by USPS priorty mail. The person i contact is Yvonne, this professional scammer. She mail me USPS express two times, first time she sent me 5 units of ipod 4GB nano on April 24th with tracking number by USPS express. The second time she sent me another 5 units of ipod nanos and 1 nintendo wii on April 25th, with tracking number of by USPS express. Total she only ship me 10 units of ipod and 1 unit of nintendo wii.

After that she never ship me anything, then she lied to tell me ship already ship the rest of units to me with a faked UPS tracking number which is K0455685644, this number never show on ups tracking system, i called ups, they said this package never pick up or shipped. So that i know Yvonne is lying to me all the time, she told me i should received by May 15th, which the package never shipped. So she keep lying this, so that i search her name on internet, i found out her name is a big scammer in other wholesale forum. People know her she is a big scammer. So that i called her all day, she never pick up phone, i sent her email, she never replied me, i can't do credit card backcharge because i did pay with company check, i don't have the shipping envoloped she shipped, but i believe USPS has the weight record on each package she ship me, i can provide that faked UPS airbill she faxed me, the total weight of 14 units of wii game system and 40 units of ipod, should over 110 pounds, but in the UPS airbill showing only 93 pounds. Also that is the faked airbill.

I relized i had been scammed by Yvonne. She is professional scammer, that is why she only ship 2 packages with 5 units each package to proof she ship to me to avoid credit card chargeback and proof herself shipped items to me, so total i lost 40 units ipod nano and 14 units nintendo wii game system. That is total of $8380 i lost. Please help me to arrest this person with scammed peoples money, i need help and information to get my money back from this scammer, please help
