Similar to others here, I was very careful in submitting my rebate requests for $200 on a cellularchoices.net phone package. I mailed it in 180 days after activating my service, and 218 days after activation, I get emails telling me that my rebate submissions were not signed or dated. I kept copies of the submissions, and they obviously were signed and dated. Their email arrived 8 days after the 210 day rebate submission window, so I guess I'm screwed? Avoid this company, they obviously have a track record of this kind of behavior.
