T-Mobile - Catherine Zeta Jones
Ripoff taking more than her fair share scamming public

Last year, My husband and I purchased cell phones from T-mobile. He allowed me to upgrade to a digital camera phone, for my birthday. We asked an in store representative if the camera would work after the service ended in a year. The rep said yes, and shortly thereafter, I had my phone. However, we have been experiencing some wierd things in the past year;

1. I had to send for a replacement phone, because of too many dropped calls.

2. My husband had to send for a replacement phone 4 times because of malfunctions.

3. We wouldn't get our voicemail calls sometimes a week or two after someone had called us.

4. We were constantly over our minutes every month because the minutes that we checked on our phone were never accurate.

5. Customer service was nice when we called, however not very knowledgeable to the products they were selling, wasting alot of our time with customer service when we could have been doing other things.

6. An internal investigation currently underway showed that a supervisor may have authorized over 300 minutes at a charge to us of 40 cents a minute because s/he was upset that we were complaining about service, and s/he wanted to "get us back".

7. This company has cost us thousands of dollars for shoddy service and lies for the past year.

8. I hope Catherine Zeta Jones can now afford that little island in the middle of the pacific Ocean now, good luck getting service.
