Computer Customization ripoff Dont pay for customization service its a waste of money and can be done yourself

I went in to Bestbuy last week and purchased a laptop from them. First they told me their full optimization plan was included with the purchase but then realized that he was charging me for al these extra services something he failed to tell me but caught my eye when I was watching him ring me up. Then he told me the basic system customization was really important and that it would make my computer much faster by taking off all the ads. I asked him if i could just take them off myself. The service was slow and i got inpatient and said i didnt want it. I got home the computer is just fine and actually had no ads on it so the customization was worthless and i did some reading i guess all they do is updates that you can do yourself. I bought a desktop from bestbuy several years ago and had them do this customization thing and that computer was full of ads. I am so sick of their lying and feel people should know not to pay for their service plans, or customization service. The one year warrenty that comes wit the computer is just fine and the customization is a waste of money and can actually screw your computer up.
