Ripoff $330 Rebates

I am having a consumer's nightmare! I purchased three flat screen monitors from best buy on Nov. 26. The ad for the sale clearly states 10 per store. There were no terms of service or anything else disclosed. The sale was made to appear that you buy a monitor you get $150.00 rebate back. The store clerks where either misinformed or also misrepresenting the sale. I was given receipts after I paid, and with the receipts I also received three, yes that's 3 rebate forms for the 3 monitors. Now they are telling me that I do not qualify for the rebates only one per household. I did get the one but i am now out 300 dollars on the monitors alone.

I followed all proper procedures for filling out the rebates, and read all ads and signs available to me. And nowhere did it ever say anything about the limit of one per customer. I spoke with the rebate department, and they told me I should have read the terms of service. I asked them where do I get the terms of service? They replied on the rebate form that we print after you made the purchase. I am dumbfounded by this. They expect to read something before I make the purchase that is only available to me after I have already bought it! Can you believe this! I cannot even return these monitors now.

Had i known i was going to have to pay that much for the monitors, I wouldn't have even purchased them. I feel misled, mistreated, and flat out taken for my money. Please shed some light on this issue for me and all the other potential victims that may have a similar experience with Best Buy.
