Accessory Department ripoff lied about couple a rebates when purchased product from them

When I called them about couple h-500 bluetooth they promised that they are including with the product couple rebate forms worth 20.00$ each. When I got the pakage it arrived without the rebate forms, when I called them about it they told me that they don't do that even when I gave them the rep's name and nr.

I have been with t-mobile for a long time now and never been let down; I am very suprised that the company allow this accessory company to represent them so poorly.

Obviously I am stuck with the original price and I've only been told by the maneger that they would look into the matter and they are sorry but I won't get any rabate on these products.
