HD DVR rebate never paid despite three calls and paperwork

I purchased an HD DVR in September and submitted the rebate paperwork in October. The paperwork was in order and received, but the rebate has never been paid. I spoke with Direct TV on 3 different occasions over the past 3 months and keep getting told that I should receive it shortly. What a ripoff! Not only that, but the service has been terrible. Stick with cable.
