Cellphone Ripoff Hidden Charges No Customer Service Corporate Bigotry False Statements

I've been with Cricket for years, because I must have a brain disorder or something. I've had many problems with them of which they seem to have a corporate policy about not resolving customer complaints and completely disrespecting them.

Not long ago I shut my account down. This was due to the fact that I hit a rough spot and knew that I couldn't pay my bill for a couple months. When I turned the phone back on they had me pay my first months bill, fine with me. They tried to charge me a $15.00 reinstatement fee even though I had voluntarilly stopped my service! After arguing with them in the store they finally waived it.

3 months later I everything is going fine, until 2 days after I pay my bill they shut off my phone. I called their customer service and asked "if I justed payed my bill in full 2 days ago how come my phone just shut off?" Their answer was that when I had reactivated my phone their was a balance still due that was carried over from when I had shut it off for a couple of months.

Now, their should never have been a balance because I voluntarily shut it off, but they kept charging me anyways! Even though the phone WAS OFF! Secondly, when I went in and reactivated the line they should have told me about it at that time, but they didn't. So at this point they had my full payment and my phone was off.

Their company would not do anything about this issue other than keeping my money, they wouldn't even apply it to the supposedly past due balance! They wanted me to give them that money plus the $15.00 suspension fee! I told them to leave my phone off and send back my payment, they would not close my account and refund my payment.

I'm writting this because after a year I decided to try them again. Well a similar scenario has happened yet again! Take it from me, don't get Cricket! They will charge you all sorts of nonsense fees (they charge you to pay your bill!) and their customer service. Well it doesn't exist. This company likes to screw as much money out of their customers as possible!
