Worst customer service in the world!

No number to talk to a person. When you go to a 'company store' you have to take a number and wait up to 45 minutes. I was told they don't want to take to you, they're not set up to operate that way. Complain over the phone, if you have the patience and the time.

Absolutely the worst. If I conducted business the way they do, I'd be OUT of business before the doors ever opened.
