False Advertisement and Unathorized Charges

When I received a Playstation Portable (PSP) "BUNDLE" from PAGE COMPUTER.com, the product received was not what was advertised in their web site on November 27, the day I placed the order. On November 27, the web site was advertising, in a picture and discriptions, a "BUNDLE" that included along w / the PSP a hard case, disc covers, car charger and screen protectors. I received only the PSP w / the regular adapters that come w / any PSP you buy. I WAS LIED TO! I was missing items that I paid for.

I called Page Computers on December 28 at 4:20 pm AST, and after several calls I was able to talk w / Sale Supervisor Lou Tyler. After explaining the above she informed me that "I WAS CORRECT BUT THE MANUFACTURE HAD MADE A MISTAKE IN ITS ILLUSTRATION." Page Computer ADMITTED to me their was a picture illustrating what I had mentioned above... But it was SUBSEQUENTLY changed to what the web site shows now (after November 27). She further stated "the corporate lingo" that they were "sorry about the mistake". THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH!!! I demanded the company made a mistake and still knowningly CHARGED me for something that I had not ordered I wanted them to honor my order as it was ordered and charged on November 27. She stated that she spoke w / management and was informed that they were not going to honor my order or my request and that on my "NEXT!?!?" order they would consider me for a discount. Wow!!! How a big company can just smash a little insignificate consumor like an ant! Where is the goodwill and honor. It was as if I was asking for something that was expensive.

Much to my surprise, upon my continuos protesting, I was told by Mrs. Tyler she could not do anything more about it, in other words, the problem was only mine!!! Lastly, they did inform me that I could return the product for a refund... That meant that my 7 year old kid would be w/o a PSP and I would be out for the shipping cost... Again!!! I REFUSED!!!

PAGE COMPUTER is falsely advertising their products as a PSP BUNDLE in one picture and selling you something else w/o authorization. BE WARE.
