Ripoff of Car Baby Wireless Handsfree Car Kit, $50.00

On October 23, a couple foreigners set up a booth at Metro Center Mall in Phoenix, Arizona, selling Car Baby wireless handsfree car kits. The salesman, Guy Dudy, sweet-talked me into purchasing this car radio system for $50.00 (Merchant I.D. # 267831429886, Device I.D. # d0eq). After much time and frustration, I discovered that I was ripped off, as the kit does not work with my LG Verizon cell phone! I followed the instructions on the User's Guide for AFC-308.308D packaging to no avail. I was told I had a year's warranty (verbally, of course!), and to bring it back if I had any problems. Naturally, these two sales people disappeared from Metro Center Mall shortly after I bought this item. I plan to make a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau of the State of California as well as the State of Arizona. Please advise.
