Crazy Wireless, Great Mall
Dishonest

I approached the kiosk of Crazy Wireless in the Great Mall and enquired about getting a pre-paid phone. I specifically explained to the guy that served me what I was looking for and he seemed very helpful. He signed me up to Metro PCS and I walked away with my phone.

Over the next few days I started to receive texts saying I owed sums of money. This was a huge shock as I hadn't even used it. I tried calling Metro PCS and found it was absolutely impossible to get through to them. Then I tried calling Crazy Wireless several times over several days and they never answered the phone.

I eventually got hold of Metro PCS and they explained that I had been signed up to the most expensive contract. This of course was not what I asked for at Crazy Wireless, and caused me a huge amount of trouble trying to cancel the service.

I consider the person that served me to be very dishonest and a scam artist. Buying from Crazy Wireless caused me a great deal of problems and I wish I hadn't.
