I bought a video editing card by Kworld Computer Co from Buy.com's website that was supposedly free after rebate (24.99) I sent all the required information including a packing slip as extra info on top of a online Buy.com reciept. I was not contacted for 4 months and so I emailed them last week and they replied that the packing slip was sent instead of the reciept and thus denied. I initially thought I had not sent the online reciept but then when I found my photocopies of the submission I saw a photocopy of the reciept and packing slip. They are just trying to weasel out of the rebate.

I contacted buy.com and filed a complaint with FCC. Will see what happens.
