Rips off another xbox 360 purchase

Do not buy from aiegaming. They sell crappy xbox hardware that is faulty and even unsanitary at times.

I purchased a used xbox 360 console, controller, and games from them in June. First of all the hardware itself stunk of cigarette smoke. Secondly, there were human hairs and tiny stains on the controllers. Thirdly, they were supposed to send me two really good/newer games but instead sent me two old/crappy/unheard of games (what a convenient mistake for them to make). When I first complained to them with a detailed message about all the screw-ups, they answered my me 2 days later asking me to clarify the problem (even though I had just clearly spelled out all the problems).

When they finally understood what the problems were, they wanted me to send everything back in and said it would be replaced. Having read the reviews about them already, I was hesitant to send in an apparently functioning xbox console only to have it replaced by one with the red ring of death (which they are apparently notorious for sending to people). So I told them i would keep the smelly console that they gave me and live with that. All I requested was that they give me the correct games.

Several days later, after hounding them with ebay messages, I did receive the two correct games in the mail. But of course, the discs were scratched up and they lacked both the original jackets and manuals. The discs just came in small paper envelopes. When I asked them about this, they basically told me that I had agreed to purchase the games themselves and not necessarily the cases/manuals. They said something like "we'll take this into consideration in the future when we describe our products in listings."

But it gets better. Today, I sat down to turn on my xbox only to be greeted with the red light error - how surprising. After reading about aiegaming online and all the trouble they have with their customers, I don't see the point in paying them $60 to have them fix/replace the console that i spent $170 on just a couple of weeks ago. So now I'm sitting here with a dirty, broken xbox 360 and very little recourse unless I'm willing to dish out even more money.

So what is the lesson in all of this? Do not buy from aiegaming unless you want crappy non-functioning stuff.
