Phone Sold Without Coverage at New Location, Still Billed After Move

We lived in n.E. Ark sold us a phone and after awhile we had to move to Texarkana Texas, they advised us if we moved here we would have service. We moved but they couldn't provide the service.

We needed the phone for health reasons it saved my life once before we moved. After we got here we had to buy another phone to have one wireless they still trying to make us pay for something they couldn't provide.
