Sent me locked phones and would not replace unless i made a new order or payed the resend costs / phones were supposed to be unlocked china

I purchased 4 samsung t500 phones from this company all refurbished models and unlocked with 6 months warranty. Two of the phones sent were locked to a network. I reported this fault to the company but they said they would fix it and send it back with my new order. I did not want to make a new order and i was not happy with the fact that i received a LOCKED phone.

I asked the company to fix the phone or replace it and send it back to me. They stated that they would replace it but i had to pay the resend costs. I dont believe i should have to pay the resend costs as the mistake of sending me these locked phone was theirs not mine. They state that they will not send back the phone unless i pay the costs. I paid for unlocked phones and i have been ripped off. I stated that i would pay for the phone to be shipped to them but refuse to pay for it to be sent back as i feel it is not my fault that they sent me faulty locked phone.
