Sent to New Motorola Razr Phones that had water damage. Was told that they could repair for $175.00 each and that both would be fine. Withdrew money... Received phones 1 week later, one phone speaker didn't work, the other couldn't take pictures. Sent back to get re-repaired and they said they couldn't fix. Would not returne phones as they were, would not return money. Phones were valued at $400.00 each, and my bank had to get the money reversed for me. Still out 2 phones. Customer service is Nothing, very rude people, will hang up, screen calls, or leave you hanging, will not call you back, will not correspond by e-mail, mail, or fax. Do Not Send any business to these guys!
