Charges for repairs, no response, no return of repaired merchandise

I sent theree phones in for repair in June. My credit card was immediately charged for the repair. I was notified they needed parts. Almost two months later, and after many times trying to contact their persons, I still do not have the phones.

Nobody answers the phones. The voice mailboxes appear full. They do not respond to email.

I was charged 215$ for the repairs on June 29 by UNIVERSAL CELLULAR #ORLANDO FL.

Fortunately I paid with Amex who will likely protext me since this seems to be a scam. I see others have filed similar reports on Universal Cellular (dba Pcsrepair and/or Cell Phone Repair).
