Ripoff fraudulent dishonest breach of contract not responding failure to comply

The product was paid in full by payments, as it said at the time of purchase. There was a verbal agreement where both parties agreed the product will be paid in installments, and after they would send the product to the address provided. Which they never comply.

We would like the company to send the laptop computer to our address as both parties agreed if what not, we would like a money refund paid in full.

Before we knew this, the company has a bad reputation of doing business, if i knew bbb.org existed then I wouldnt have bought it. Also I bought the laptop from a liquidation sale that occured in my city, thats when the whole mess started which we didnt know it was going to happen.
