Ripoff, refund wanted and never received product internet

I applied to received a television and home theatre system with this company 3 months ago, once i was told that i was approved i had to send a down payment of 149.99 to them. The amount was debited out of my account and was told that my product will be delivered on 07.13.05 then that date changed to 07.19.05...

I still do not have the product, the date changed so many times without me knowing, i even missed a day of work because they said that i would have to be there to receive it because of identity theft. I believed them again, after not receiving anything i continued to call and was told that they were unsure of when i would get it because they are backed up due to the manufacturer of the products not delivering on time, so i took that and waited somemore.

After leaving multiple messages charles mayson calls me, and he was very courteous and nice explaining that situation, he even went as far as to offer me a refund but he had stated that the product should be delivered by the following friday, so i told him i would wait because i really wanted it. Never received it, after that last call i never heard from anyone else... I filed a report w / the bbb and got a response yesterday in the mail... Nothing has been done.

Im very disappointed and can't believe that people would go so far to take consumer's hard working money, its not a whole lot of money but it is mine and i have been patient and now i want something done, you can't get in touch with anyone at the number's provider now, you just get a voicemail... This whole situation is absolutely ridiculous.
