Sprint, ripoff

I paid the protection plan for four years without filing a claim. When I did file a claim they told me to pay a $50.00 non-refundable deductible and they would send me a replacement phone. They sent me a refurbished phone that doesn't work and now they are refusing to refund me my money or to send me another phone. They said that I only had 14 days to return the phone.
