I purchased a computer from Best Buy in which the ad and the people at the store told me that I would not be charged and finance/interest charges until January. I was charged interest in January and I am currently being charged in March! I have called numerous times to fix the problem. Sometimes they would be rude to me and tell me that I was wrong and to "deal with it", while other times I was told that it would be taken off of my account. That, of course, never happened. Be careful when you look at those ads. They lie to you! Also, be careful when you call to complain and they tell you that it is all fixed. Again, they will lie to you!
Not to mention that when I bought the computer, THE STORE gave me the wrong monitor and decided to over charge me. I was told "tough luck" when I complained.
