Handling of account mismanagement ripoff

I read with interest a complaint against this company and it seems to mimic my problem. Here is the short story. Purchased computer from well known company, bill arrived late because of all the things that went on in the USA and it is being purchased on a twelve month no interest deal, over night payment (which have receipt to prove it) and it arrives on the day due, get charged finance charge of $29 anyway and threat to put the 21.98% charge in place. Worse yet don't even have the computer as it broke down less than two months after purchase and even with payment of the extra maintenance contract will be weeks without a computer. Not a good deal all the way around. Computer died completely and the store would replace it but will doctor it up at their own facility and not the manufactures. Even sent letter with payment that was overnighted and arrived at their office on time stating that it was overnighted as it didn't get to my home until the day before but this letter was ignored.
