I brought a cable box through this company. They sent me a useless shell of a cable box. I called back and talked to a guy named Dave. I belive is real name is John Bianchini.

He told me he would take care of the "mistake" right away. That was over a month ago. Through your site I am finding out that I was a chump and got suckered in. I hope they can get this scumbag.
