Adex Electronics Dishonest Comunication with MANAGER are false of belive NO Show Respect to Customers Lakke Forest

At October We place an order for the amount 68.00 shipping 25.00

The product was PCIFLEX32-FM, dexelec.com/pciflex32-fm.jpg.

The cable came lose in a corner from Adexelec, we never use the cable because was useless, we call them they was negative to make the replacement, we told them, we don't wont money back, we need a replace one or new one, thats all what we ask..

They said, I need to wait, to get RMA, number they never send to me so after 5-8 calls passing more then 4 months, they give a RMA but saying if the part is defective by us they can't do nothing..

So we send to them, they send us a email; Saying! Cable is not good, so they ask for my C.C. # for shipping expenses, WoWWW,

'Is a cable have no more then 8 oz, it cost USPS to send back no more then $4.80 Priorty Mail, WoWWW even $4.80 they don't have.

The cable cost to build is no more then $2.50...

WE call them back, to see status from our cable, What do I get a Nasty Manager, Insulting me saying, that we break the cable bla. Bla. I ask him, for his name, he never give,

How come a company have a manager with NO NAME..., he hang up the phone to me, and last word, he said was Stu id,

I try call back, never respond, ofcorse they have a calling record number they new was me..in fact, all, I want from them is Or Fix the cable that we never use, or send a replace mant, They lose a customer that's spend over 80.00 dollars, and we tell them if the cable work, we can place a big order.

This IS how ADEXELC treat customer, another company with no WORD, and Ripoff, stay with my money and cable..

I hope this year they can't make much, much businesses..
