This company is a total fraud. I placed an order for a cable box the would be able to get all channels until I called my cable company to activate the cable box. I received the box after a month of waiting. I was told that I would also receive a free cable box that never came. The cable would not power up. They include the hand written letter inside the shipping box explaining that it will take an act of congress to get your money back. Do not fall for all the LIES that this company (JAY) will tell you. All the equipment is old and outdated. Do not order from this company
