Everlife Flashlight
Beware no customer service at all takes forever to get flashlight. Ripoff

I ordered my Everlife Flashlight on 5-02 by calling a number from their television commericial. It was a fully automated system. It has been 6 weeks and nothing. So I go to their website on 6-16 and find a customer service phone number 800-236-7996 and I call several times and it just rings and rings and rings. I then call the number to order 1800-505-7474 and a lady answers, who is totally useless, all she can do is place the order and refers me to call the customer service phone number. I explain to her that nobody answers and she said sorry there is nothing she can do.

So I call back when they are closed and I get this lame answering machine that sounds like it is somebody's house and you cannot leave a message.

I read on another complaint website that you have to let the phone ring for 3 full minutes before somebody picks up. I also read that the flashlight is backordered for 2 months but of course they don't tell you that when you order.

This is tacky. This company has money to air commercials but there is no customer service whatsoever.

My boyfriend keeps asking me about this flashlight and I have no answer for him. This sounds like a totally unprofessional company.

Beware when you order. You cannot get through to anyone to check the status of your order. If and when I do receive this flashlight it better not be a piece of junk. I can only imagine the hassle I will go through to get my money back.
